Terrific 2

2day is Riley's day 2 celebrate a special day!   I was so lucky 2 spend all day with him.  We had a great day.

We hung out and after picking up his brothers the party really began.  Riley so enjoys his time with his brothers.  Nothing like playing with four older brothers.  They all enjoyed their Happy Meals and Riley really enjoyed his drink.

Brady didn't get 2 blow out candles on his birthday so Riley shared.  They each got their candles and then they dug in....literally.... into their cupcakes.

Thank you Grammy and Grandpa for my present!  Thank you for all my cards and gifts.

Happy Birthday Riley!

My Grandpa

This is a hard post to write.  Today, I got the call that my Grandpa passed away.   I was so sad to know that I would no longer be able to talk to him or hear his laugh.  I remember his smile and the warm feeling I felt around him.  I am so grateful that I have so many wonderful memories of him that I will cherish forever.  He will be missed not only by me but by all my boys.

We love you Grandpa!

Brady's Baptism

What a special day today was for Brady.  He celebrates his 8th Birthday and is the newest member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

What better way to celebrate your 8th birthday.  We all went to church and got home about 3:30pm to get things ready for his baptism at 5:00pm.

Brady choose who he wanted to participate in his Baptism program.  Here is Uncle Dave giving a nice talk on Baptism and creating a firm foundation.

Jason baptized Brady with Bro. Goodwin and Bro. Porter as witnesses.

Here are the Primary children who sang, "Tell me the stories of Jesus" to Brady.

With my talk on the Holy Ghost complete Jason confirmed Brady with the help of Uncle William, Uncle Dave, Uncle Brent, Bro. Goodwin, Bro. Porter, and Bro. Ngwun.  Brady's Baptism had a beautiful spirit there and we were so touched at the support of ward members and especially family and friends who came to support Brady.  What a wonderful way to start building his foundation.

Of course we couldn't have done it without the help of Villy who came to help us get things ready immediately after church and then took Riley Owen out when he was being fussy.  Thanks Villy.

Congratulations Brady!  Continue to build that foundation by reading your scriptures, learning on Sunday and at home, choose the right way and stay close to the Lord always.
Congratulations and I love you Brady!

Here are a couple more pictures of the Birthday Boy.

 HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRADY!!!!!
